Dear O and P ListServ,

I want to thank everyone who has supported my surveys in the past. I have another set of questions I wanted to ask about patient acceptance of Upper Limb Prosthetics. I would like to understand our own perceptions about acceptance rates and which factors seem to be the most important.

I have kept the number of questions at 10 questions and I have tried to design it so it is easy to take.
