Dear OandP ListServ,
Thank you so much to everyone that has participated already. I have implemented many of your suggestions to improve the survey.
The intent of this survey is to examine our collective perceptions as prosthetists about upper limb acceptance, so I wanted to get a wide variety of participants.
So even you don't see upper limb all that often please take the survey. I would like to compare our communal group impressions to the various literature that examines acceptance among the various factors to understand what areas we are in alignment and what areas show differences.
I am going to continue leave the survey up for another few weeks at:

Thanks again!
