I am wondering if anyone in the O&P world can share some experiences or advice with me about electric convection ovens. I am in the market for a convection oven, and have been search the internet for reviews. I am not a big fan of infrared ovens from my time as a tech. I plan on using this oven for prosthetics; vivak, Polypro, and proflex plastics about 99% of the time. I also plan to use it for the occasional pediatric AFO. I have used a Duke electric convection oven in the past, and felt it was a good oven. However, I am wondering if anyone on the list serve has used a Vulcan, Blodgett, or Duke oven. All are reputable oven manufacturers in the baking/food industry. What were your experiences and what brands do you use/recommend.

Thanks,
-Cam
