Dear List:
I have a transtibial patient who is 300 lbs./ 6'3 and very active. He plays tennis and golf frequently.  We have him in a cushion liner with suction suspension.  He does well until he gets excessive perspiration on his leg which ultimately causes his sleeve to slide down.  Eventually the socks and liner slide down as well.  Have tried Alps antiperspirant and CertainDri with little help.  I have been trying different sleeves with differing stretch properties and am considering trying a proximal seal interface liner.  I am thinking it may be better to seal his sleeve to this liner instead of his sweaty skin.  Thoughts, ideas??
Thanks for any responses.
