I have a couple of large claims that I have been waiting to hear from the
ALJ to get a hearing scheduled. I believe both of these claims have been
sent to the ALJ from C2C in Feb. 2013. We have yet to hear from the ALJ.
Is there a protocol or deadline that the ALJ has to respond or acknowledge
that they have received the ALJ request?
