Has anyone had issues with the Medi protect care umbrella pulling out of the liner? I have had a few pt's who have torn the umbrella out while doing normal daily tasks. When I asked Medi if this was a common event I was told, no they have never heard of this. I find that hard to believe so I am round tabling the question. Thanks.
