Hello List,
I attended the Webinar yesterday that was about the CERT Audits. Very informative, and I learned several important things. I, wanted to share the information with the rest of the staff and copied the link that they guided me to. Copied the link, e-mailed to the entire staff and a couple of other practices as well, and low and behold, the link they told me to send, popped up as ERROR 404..PAGE NOT FOUND!
During my Webinar meeting it was also stated that if I needed help to call my Region ..which happens to be Region C and ask them for guidance as well. Well, I did this very thing this morning, and they knew absolutely nothing about my CERT Webinar yesterday, nor did they know how I could find a copy of this Webinar, that I was clealy told, would be available so that I may share with outher staff members. Now what?
So, Reg C suggested I call Reg A, cause as far as they could possibly tell, it was Reg A that put this Webinar on. Prior to the meeting everyone was introduced, and the people in attendance and putting on this Webinar were from all Regions. Called Region A, this morning, and of course the knew nothing either. They could not provide me with a phone number to the Outreach and Education department either, but, did give me an e-mail address I could write. Now I'm waiting to see just how long it will take the education department to actually respond to my questions.
In the mean time I'm trying to be proactive and am diligently working hard to bring this office into complete compliance, yet the resources seem to be unavailable! Argggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!
