Hello All,

I am looking for tips on getting a full vacuum pull over a foam mold. Currently we are pulling 1/4 vivak plastic over a foam BK mold and getting a weak seam on the plastic. The foam has not been sealed in any way. The vacuum system is run off of compressed air with Venturi valves providing the vacuum with a 30 gallon tank for a reservoir. When the plastic is formed we can pull on the seam slightly and the plastic will pull away from the mold creating the weak seam and less than ideal vacuum formed plastic. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
