can anyone give me insight to what this is, if you live in a competitive
area? I am being told serval different things. I guess my question is, Do i
have to be participating in competitive billing to be a medicare contracted
provider? or am i already a medicare contracted provider, and what does a
grandfathered provider mean.. Its my understanding that the competitive
billing is only for certain DME items and not anything with Prosthetics or
Orthotics? Any insight is helpful. Thanks
all of this is very confusing to me.
