Hello,
Patient in 30 year old female, 56, 110 lbs. Severe varus deformity at
knee. Quads are almost absent now, PT thinks they will come back fully (I
doubt it).
Looking for advice on KAFO joints. I would like a ratchet lock (incremental
locking from 90 to 180 deg of extension), but he ability to use it free
motion as well with some type of remote trigger.
