Dear All,
I'm currently looking at upgrading our in house orthoitic manufacturing process
We have both Orthotist and Podiatrist currently working within one center.
Our primary focus is to step away from using POP cast and orthopress .
We would like to implement CAD input / rectification - CNC mill
We are small center currently producing 100 FFO / TCI per month.
We would like to keep manufacturing in house and use a small scale mill which will allow both EVA/ Polyprop carving.
As there is a vast range of system on the market does anyone have any recommendations on which system is best suited to our clinical setting?
We are looking which give high quality output but be economical in terms initial purchases and software updates
Kind regards
Euan Wilson
Prosthetist / Orthotist
