I have a right partial hand amputee. He has lost the last and middle
phalanges of the index and ring fingers. He has been using the ring finger
as the opposition finger but is now having problems from over use. The index
and middle finger are sensitive. How sensitive I am not sure, but I am
assuming he can take some pressure.
At this point I do not know if he can move the proximal phalanges towards
the thumb.
He works in the forestry, handles lumber. He will be continuing to work in
this area. I am going to need some thing that will take a lot of pounding
and still function
