Knee unit selection

I'm having a tough time finding a suitable knee unit for a client of mine. This is a young professional woman with an unusual limb. She has a limb that would appear to be LDFP / PFFD but is not, she has a normal hip. The distal limb extends to below the anatomical knee by about three inches. After selection of a modest dynamic response foot we have approx 6 1/2 ( 16 cm ) for the knee unit. A four bar design is essential for sitting cosmetics. She had a Plie but rejected it as too heavy. Constant friction designs cannot keep up with her pace. The 3R46 was rejected because it is too hard on clothing, even with the linkage guard in place.

I'd like to identify a four-bar knee with hydraulic or pneumatic control that isn't too long, too heavy or too hard on clothing. Prefer a threaded to connection but open to any ideas or suggestions.
