Hello,
I am wondering if anyone can provide any tips in pulling clear plastics over foam molds for check socket production. We are using the Bulldog Ringmaster plastic for bubble forming over foam models. The oven in question is an infrared model. Currently we are using water on the mold to try to get the plastic to cool quickly so we can retain the clarity of the plastic. This results in water vapor being trapped between the foam and the plastic giving a cellulite look to the finished product. When the water isn't used the plastic will turn cloudy but the desired smoothness will be present. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
