Hi list serve,I know this is common sense but does anyone know of a study that shows the reason for using the same feet/ componentry on a bilateral amputee? We had a unilateral transtibial who was a k3 and suffered a transtibial amputation on the other limb and now is a bilateral. The previous prosthesis design on the unilateral amputation worked well and had no issues needing replacement. We provided a prosthesis copying that design for the new amputation so we are looking for any studies that help justify using the same componentry. Thanks,Dave
