Hello List,

We are wondering what other practices are doing for follow up and outcomes -
how are you documenting that patients are meeting goals and expected
outcomes of a device..especially for orthotic services.

Are companies making follow up appointments for all their patients, making
phone calls, survey letters?

Do you contact every patient after they have received something? We do
schedule follow up appointments for some specific patients, otherwise
patients are given instructions and advised to follow up as needed.often
times you only see a patient once especially for a fracture brace or custom
fit brace.

We are trying to put in place a system that makes sense without undue burden
on the professional or administrative staff - we'd appreciate input.

Thanks you
