Hello list members

I have a Transfemoral amputee who uses a gel liner with a ratchet strap and buckle system in order to suspend the prosthesis on the residual limb.

The ratchet lock she uses releases by simply pushing down on the lock rather than having a separate portion to push down on for release of the strap. She has dexterity issues and would like to keep the same design.

The lock is metal and is blue and silver in color. It is riveted onto the side of the socket and has an additional prong on the back in order to keep it from rotating after it is attached. I have checked with the larger supply houses and with some ratchet lock manufacturers and have been unable to find the same lock.

If anyone happens to have one of these around or knows where I can get one, my patient (and I) would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks
