Ladies and Gentlemen of the list server.
I realize how busy everyone is on a daily basis, we are seeing 30 to 40%
more patients and receiving less money than we have in the past. This
problem does not only affect small-business owners, but it effects every
employee, vendor, and patient. Vendors aren't getting paid, employees are
not getting raises, and patients are waiting long periods of time to get
service as a result of all of the front end documentation required, before
we order components. I am now asking that each practitioner Submit at least
4 stories or videos about how the unfair audits and recoveries are driving
legitimate businesses to the brink of survival. That would give us over
16,000 complaints, and concerns to submit to Congressmen and Senators, who
once we tell our story, get it. The collateral damage is not only to us in
private practice, but vendors and patients suffer as collateral damage.
Please try to get one or two patients, disabled vets (the most powerful to
the Administration) who I am sure will be more than happy to help tell our
problem. As this service fully benefits them, get them to either write a
letter and upload it onto speakup4oandp.com or submit a video and upload it.
If ever has there been a time for us to unite in numbers is now. Remember,
if everyone submits 4 scenarios of how we are being created by the auditors
and CMS, as well as the insurance companies, we will be able to provide
speakup4oandp.com 16,000 complaints that will be the best united effort that
I have seen in my 40 years in practice.
OPGA is spearheading this effort, take advantage, they will do the work,
they will hire as many people as necessary to get this done, all I'm asking
is 4 scenarios uploaded this week from each of you to speakup4oandp.com.
Thanks
