Dear Fellow, Orthotist Prosthetist & Podiatrist
I’ve been working as P&O at Tan Tock Seng hospital in Singapore for 2years after moving over from the UK.
Over the course of my two year stint here in south east Asia there has been many clinical challenges that has vastly improved my ability to problem solve.
With a further two years approaching at Tan Tock Seng I have taken on new challenge
My aim is to focus on improving our approach to ‘High Risk Diabetic Feet’
We have a young dynamic team of Allied Health Professionals and a very innovative Orthopedic and Vascular department.
As an Orthotist my role in this project is to focus on wound offloading and ulcer prevention.
I have been given a great opportunity for an overseas clinical attachment to boost my knowledge and understanding in this area.
I’m very interested in visiting a center of excellence in northern American and Canada.
If anybody has any recommendations I would be very appreciative
Kind Regards
Euan Wilson
Prosthetist/Orthotist
