Hello, All-I want to alert everyone that PrimeCare, in conjunction with Wil Haines and several others are working on an action plan to take our issues with Medicare to the SBA. Please go to the oandpsolutions.org website, there are a lot of resources on it and we are adding more every day.
As noted in other posts on the list serve the link to state your complaints to the SBA is on the site. There is also a link to a PDF of the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA) in its entirety and a summary of the Regulatory Flexibility Act, for those of you prefer the short version.
Yesterday we sent a letter to a law firm in DC, that is well versed in legal issues surrounding Medicare and healthcare business in general, to request an opinion on pursuing relief from Medicare's onerous requirements through the SBA, based on the RFA.
I will keep everyone in the loop regarding the legal opinion by list serve, but welcome you to email me with anything that you might feel useful in this process.
We all have a dog in this fight, so we will be reaching out to independents as the process moves forward.
