Hi
I have a patient who is an elite triathlete. He suffered a boxer
fracture during training and came to me on emerg basis to provide
orthotic treatment. I created a boxer splint of sorts made of 3d-lite
material which he held on his hand with coban adherent wrap. He went
on to win the Canadian 70.3 Half Ironman in Muskoka. Anyway, he is
now in Hawaii and his training partner has had the exact injury. He's
contacted me to inquire if I can direct him to an Orthotist who can
provide the same material and splinting.
Im unsure if there is someone close to him or not. He is in Kona.
Just so people know what I'm referring to, here's a link.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this athlete some quick care?
Thanks
