I have a Patient that has a very sensitive distal end and sensitive scar tissue from angioplasty at the proximal end. he can not stand the slightest pressure at either end of his residual limb.He is currently in a quadrilateral socket design with narrow ML, his suspension is a KISS system with proximal attachment. His issue is that he is very active and feels this suspension does not hold his leg securely. In the past he has tried: Elevated vacuum with subischial trim lines, TES belt,KISS with distal attachment, Pin Lock system, sileasian belt, Ischial containment and seal-in liners. Does anyone have any ideas for this patient short of having a revision surgery?

Thanks, Pat Price CPO,LPO
