The Midwest Chapter has elected to host our good friends and colleagues
at the Grand Geneva once again for the 2012 Annual Scientific Symposium.
The event commences with the annual Dale Yasukawa Memorial Golf Outing on September 27, 2012 followed by the symposium
on September 28-29, 2012.
The golf outing will be held in honor of Dale Yasukawa for the benefit of the O&P Activities Foundation (OPAF) whose mission is: to provide improved quality of life for O&P patients through health
and fitness programs while raising public awareness of physical
disabilities. They do so by providing adaptive sportvprograms, clinics and activities that appeal to those served by the
orthotic and prosthetic community. So please keep in mind that while the outing could be considered an indulgence to take
part in, it does serve a much greater and appreciated purpose.
As for the Scientific Symposium, the mission of the Midwest Chapter is to deliver
relevant scientific content specific to the Orthotic and Prosthetic profession
to our members and the O&P community at large.
Please submit your abstracts online at www.mwcaaop.org
We look forward to seeing you at
the Midwest Chapter’s Annual Scientific Symposium this September 27-29, 2012,
Warm Regards,Eric Neufeld, CPO
President Midwest Chapter-AAOP
