A few individuals asked me to post my results about what I found regarding a biomechanics class, so here are the results. I hope you find this helpful.

We have a Basic Observational Gait Analysis Webcast, along with a Kinesiology Webcast that may fit the bill. Please visit www.learnoandp.com< <URL Redacted>>

  1. I would recommend you call the American Association of Physical Therapy and ask for the on line or physical number of their continuing education department. They are sure to have many listings. Of course there will be a charge.
  2. You live right in Kansas and I would expect you could call the PT ed. department and ask them also. There should be a medical library or you can look up your specific subject and find college textbook on bio-mechanics. You can also look up the textbooks on line. Most all the college level books have E-tutorials that you can take on line with a password the publisher will give you. You will also be able to take the tests and they will produce your score.

Saint Petersburg college in Florida was working on getting an online Biomechanics course going, you might check out their web page.

I just performed a Google search with online biomechanics and a number of brand name universities came up; Arizona State University.
