I am looking for a Central Fabrication who can fabricate a pediatric hip disarticulated prosthesis. The difficult part is this patient still has a non-functioning foot attached at the distal end of the hip, no bone in the foot section, just the soft tissue and muscle. Previous prosthetics have not allowed for the foot causing pain and circulation problems. He will not be using a prosthetic knee at this time.
If you are a Central Fabricator or have had experience using one, email me and tell me who does this kind of specialty. I will need the whole prosthesis fabricated - soft liner, flexible liner, laminated socket, hip joint, no knee, foot, endoskeletal cover.
Thanks for your assistance.
