Dear List,

Requesting help in ?BILLING? a patients Medicare for custom work done. Here's the scenario. Short story is we fabricated 3 pair of custom DM insoles as well as a 1 h-s lift to one shoe. Patient passed the day before delivery. Shoes are non returnable as well as the FOs. I believe there is a Medicare guideline that says you can bill for custom non returnable items in the event of a death. Is this true? Can someone point me to the exact location of this print!!

Appreciate it
