These are responses I received to my search for an off-shelf ratchet lock knee brace, ie, something like the Step Lock hinges.
 1.
We have a new knee and elbow design that will fit your needs. It is the PENTAGON or K-ROM for the knee and the QUAD and E-ROM for the elbow. You can view the PENTAGON on our web site at the specific link:
<URL Redacted>
The K-ROM is the PENTAGON joint system without the ratchet or drop lock capabilities. It may be a better fit as you can block flexion or extension at any (infinite) position, allowing the ability to provide a bi-directional static progressive stretch.

I would encourage you to click on for more information click here on the PENTAGON page.

The QUAD and the E-ROM are not on our website as we are in the middle of revamping it. If you need info on the elbow design you can call me or email me direct.
 2.
Becker has something called the Pre-Stride which uses modular joints that can be swapped out with their ratcheting joints. Give them a call, I know they can help.
 3.
orthomerica will put OTS  step locks on their Orlando KAFOs for you.
they have them in stock, we just had one ordered not so long ago.RCAI has a step lock or ratchet style knee and elbow brace.
4.
