List Members,
I've reviewed List Server postings from several years ago about requests from insurance companies for manufacturer's invoice prior to agreeing to cover an item. The most common responses were:
1. Refuse to send any invoice.
2. Send the original invoice with the price whited out.
3. Create an invoice that reflects cost of materials, labor, administrative costs, etc to bring the cost of the item up to U&C charges.

Do you choose one of these or other options and what is the result?

Thanks for your help.
