Happy New Year to everyone.

It's the same old question. I have a heavy active knee disartic patient,
that still has knee cap attached distal.
He does not care a lot about looks or function, but cares a lot about
safety. He's around 300 Lb.

I have him in locking 3R32. Lock slowly starts giving on him,
progressively getting worse. Delryn lock piece wears out. Locking was
already adjusted several times with set screw.

I need good suggestion on a knee that might be an option for him. He's
all around active guy. Travels back to Europe several times a year. He
walks, and wants to, walk with knee locked. OB does not have better
suggestions for him. Personally, I'd rather not have any plastic knee
parts. Also, even with that knee, it is quite unsightly, due to very
long amputation. He's the only driver in the family, so he must have
lock/unlock feature.

Any good, strong, reliable suggestions? Thank you in advance.
