Dear list,

I am forwarding this information for Michael Domenicuccu, CP who has been
contacted by Dr. Lovejoy from the Crudem group who is seeking a CPO to go to
Milot, Haiti with him for the week of Feb 19-26. There is an air
conditioned lab that is fully stocked onsite.

Please read the following for more information:

Hi Paul, Happy New Year! I finally have the best contact. Her name is Ann
Culloo <Email Address Redacted> , Doctor Lovejoy is inviting clinicians all year
round, but he is going there himself from Feb 19th to Feb 26th 2011. The lab
is on a secure compound. It is fully stocked and air conditioned. There is a
250 dollar scholarship for this particular week. The cost is airfair, and
aproximately another 100 dollars for room and board. The location is Milot,
about a one hour road trip from Cap Haitian. They will be met at the airport
by a shuttle from Crudem. Once they call Ann she she can give them all of
the details. Crudem is very organized. Any more questions please let me
know. Mike Domenicucci

Hi Paul, I hope all is well. I received an email from Doctor Lovejoy from
the Crudem group. He is looking for a clinician that week for 7 days. He can
contribute that clinician 250 dollars to help with the costs. He will will
be there that week and there is an air conditioned fully stocked Lab onsite.
Know of anyone? Mike D
