Dear List,
I am curious of your experiences and suggestions for managing a pelvic open book fracture. Specifically, we have a 9 y/o MVC. Acutely we have the patient in a cybertech corset fitted low and tight over his pelvis. This is functional but does not allow toileting and has already become solied. Additionally, orthopedics is okay allowing the patient hip flexion. Any suggestions for long term management would be appreciated.
