Here is another response that was not included in the first compilation. I
think, this is the simplest way to handle this sort of situation!
*If your patient took possession of the device, and took it home, I believe
you can bill as delivered. Sign the delivery ticket patient refuses to
sign demanding 3 month free trial. Document what the patient says and that
he / she was asked to sign the delivery ticket and refused. Document that
the patient took the device with the following (and list them) components
and bill for it. I would be willing to fight with Medicare for this one.*
