Thanks to everyone for the replies.
1. Contact U.S. Orthotics in Fla., They make custom soft orthotics and
will sell you this material. It is called U.B.L. (un broken loop) It is
kinda pricey but it is nice stuff.
2. Try Perfectex. They are in California. I've purchased from them many
times and you can buy one or many sheets. They have the best prices (not
retail) and selection I have found.
3. Benik should be able to supply you with this.

5. Try Spenco.
6. Benik offers 17 colors of neoprene, including options for ventilation
and a Velcro-sensitive exterior.
