Thank you for the very helpful suggestions. I received several similar suggestions, which are posted below as well as a number of other suggestions that I check with certain manufacturers. I do appreciate all of the feedback.

I have a patient with several Hydracadence knee units he wishes to use. I would like to make a new socket and connect it to the knee using standard modular components for versatility in obtaining an optimal alignment. Does anyone have a simple, sound method for converting the odd, four hole pattern, threaded plate on top of the knee to a pyramid? It does not line up with a standard four hole pattern adapter.

The only way I have heard of is to make an alignment plate with
countersunk screws out of 2025 Aluminum. You could rotate the socket
attachment 90 deg so it fits.
