My apologies if this is a repeat post. It did appear to go through the
first time.

I have an elderly patient with severe scoliosis. She currently wears a
Freeman dorsolumbar corset with (2) posterior stays. This brace is not
supportive enough for her current needs. I have tried several soft and hard
braces, but have had no luck so far. She likes the lumbar support of an LSO
with heat moldable posterior panel, but needs thorasic support and axilary
straps as well. She is unable to wear any of the dorsolumbar corsets with
pre-fab posterior sections (such as Spinomed, Orthopro, ProLux, etc) due to
scoliotic rotation and decompensation. She is not interested in a rigid
plastic TLSO. Does anybody know of a dorsolumbar corset with a heat
moldable posterior panel that can be custom shaped to the patient's back?
Or do you have any other brilliant suggestions pertaining to this?

Thanks,
