We are wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with the fit of CTI
custom lateral or medial unloader knee braces.

Our Orthotists have been experiencing consistent fitting issues over the
past 6-8 weeks - the braces are coming in with ML too wide and the
medial/lateral arms not being contoured properly..We have been sending back
approximately 75% of braces for re-do.

Are people having more success with the coordinate cast system or a negative
mold? We are trying both and don't seem to matter and Ossur can't seem to
get a handle on the issue.

Please note - we have been providing these orthoses on a regular basis for
years (at least 2-3 patients a week on average) and the practitioners are
all well experienced so it's not an Orthotist issue.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Thanks~
