List,

I have a patient wearing the remnants of a gel sheath that is several years
old. He states that it was a 4 ply sock with gel when it was given to him.
There is no lettering left that is legible. It does have a green band at the
top. It is 8 in length.

I have called a few suppliers but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dean McCleve CPO
