Hello all. I had one reply from a practitioner using the design. I know more are using it, but perhaps they are not too enthralled with. We love it in our office. I had another reply about the video and he asked if I benefitted in any way, financially I presume. I have not, it is only a design we put out there for all to peruse and utilize if they see a possible fit in their practice. Good luck and God Bless to all. Kevin

I really appreciated your presenting this design on Youtube. I have made 5 or 6 of them so far and been very pleased with the results.
Fabrication is a bit tricky. Your video shows 3 techs working together to mold the plastic. I had one of my office administrators help me with the first one, my wife helped with the second one and i figured out a method to make the third one by myself. It definitely takes some planning and the timing is critical but it can be done.
I have been amazed by the decrease in followup appointments needed with these. The patients I have used them on are able to wear them without going through several additional appointments for re-shaping and padding of their AFOs.
I find that patients with a Posterior Tibial Tendon Deficiency are perhaps the most difficult patients to brace but this design works great for them.
