Hi
We have a patient that is need of a myoelctric prosthesis and Anthem B/C B/S
Group Northrop Gruman does not have a predetermination policy. They state
that it is on demand. Does anyone have experience with this? We obviously
don't want to provide a prosthesis to find out after delivery that it is a
non-covered service.
