Hi list,
I have a patient that has tri-amelia with bilateral upper limb involvement and a left BKA joint and corset due to an unstable knee from lack of a patella and other visually/palpable unidentifiable anatomical tissues. He has been getting about 9 months before he totally destroys the joints out of the socket. Has anyone any ideas on heavier duty joints other than the standards available? I place him as a K4. He weighs 190 lbs.
Thanks in advance.
