Subject: Guillain Barre Patient

Hi everyone! I've got a very complex client who had Guillain Barre so
severe that he was in a coma and required breathing assistance and a feeding
tube. I first met with him in November 2007 while he was an inpatient at
the hospital. Now, he has come a very long way, and is at home. He now has
a pair of rigid AFO's. He has a pair of knee immobilizers he uses from time
to time. I am not quite sure how and if to proceed with further orthotic
intervention at this time. He works really hard, and has great will power
and support. His strength is still improving. If you have any suggestions as
to how to proceed with this client please respond.

I've posted him on youtube, with his knowledge, approval, and consent. The
link is : <URL Redacted> .

Thank you in advance to all those who take the time to respond.
