Thanks as always for your prompt and thoughtful responses (posted below)!

Original question:

Is there anyone out there who still fabricates the Chicago Boot style
partial foot prosthesis? I'm referring to an ankle high device with cosmetic
forefoot and zipper closure. I believe the material used was linedure (sp)?

Pel c fab used to use linadure.
Otto bock has a new flexible resin that may be applicable and has to be
easier to work w/ than linadure
An alternative is for jerry miller shoes to make a leather buffalo brace
w/ toe filler
Just a few thoughts

Contact Ronnie Graves at PRS in Florida, sorry I don't have a contact
number. I believe he can still make. I would not use Lynadure, instead go
with silicone or urethane. More durable and easier to work with and color.

Precise O&P Solutions might be what you are looking for. We make the
Chicago Boot, do not use Lanadore. We use a nylon matrix with silicone
laminated in. We do a large number of these, if you would like to speak further
regarding the fabrication process please call me toll free at 866-971-7272.

Peter Panuncialman at windy city fabricators does some really nice ones!
His number is 773-583-4860.

Health Related Products makes some nice partial feet. They can make it
however you want as long as the cast is high enough. They do nice a good
job
and are very reasonably prices.
