Hello List,
I have a patient with cervical dystonia/torticollis and I have been asked to
look into getting her some sort of cervical orthoses. She is in her 90s and
has Alzheimers. Wearing the orthoses during the day is not an option, but
the O.T. and the family wish to try something while she is sleeping. She is
passivly correctible. I am not necessarily looking to fully correct right
now--I'd like to start small (2-4 inches) and add to it or adjust when/if
her tolerance increases. Any advice/suggestions?
Thanks in advance and have a happy New Year.
