I am looking for an alternative to the Otto Bock 3R60=KD knee for my very active 200 lb knee disarticulation patient, who has had ongoing breakdown problems with the joints and hydraulic system.
He is an avid cyclist and so a knee that has the potential to switch to free swing would be an asset. Knee disarticulation configuration with multi-bar linkages and stance phase flexion are desired as well, to maximize gait smoothness and improve stability on ramps and inclines. Powered knees are an option providing they are adaptable to the knee disarticulation level.
Your suggestions are most appreciated,
Geoff Hall, C.P. ( c )
