Dear list,
I have been contacted by a patient who uses a BE prosthesis. In the main he users it for cosmetic purposes but also uses a custom made terminal device when he works as an airline pilot.
He is now looking to take up rock climbing and has asked about devices used by others. Can you share your experiences if any and give guidance on prescription please. I am particularly interested in the type of terminal device used but also the suspension method of prosthesis.
