Can anyone advise me regarding a source for a torticollis head positioning
device similar to a ball-in-socket type custom wheelchair head rest?
Preferable a support that can be that can be mounted to a TLSO.

I have a patient with adult acquired torticollis secondary to extended bed
rest and subsequent contracture.  He also has severe trunk
flexion/weakness.  He is approximately 120 Lbs and very bony.  He has a
significant risk for skin breakdown under his orthosis.  His physician
ordered a TLSO with CTO superstructure which I attached to a flexible
plastic TLSO with soft interface.  This was relatively successful but the
patient could not sustain the head position comfortably for long
durations.  The patient does stand in the brace (max assist).  His
physical therapist is requesting the above mentioned headrest
modification.

Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated.
