It is possible the perspiration is a protective response by the body to rid itself of the typical antiperspirant poisons. The skin of the entire body is an organ net and the weakest link has the most importance. Usually that is the residual limb.
You might try Dr. Bronners baby soap for cleaning the body to avoid chemical fragrances, a solid natural salt crystal deodorant, or french green clay powder which would make a sealant once it reacted with the water
element. The clay would also remove toxins.
If you could soak the prosthesis interior with activated carbon mixed with water, this would remove any toxic elements.
--------------------------------------------------
How about trying Botox

From the bunching behind knee sounds like flexing of knee is primary culprit. Consider using a liner built with flexion, like the ESP.
As to poking holes, I imagine the sweat would gum up the pump. If anything, ask manufacturer if pump will expel liquid.
Speak with Dr about botox, used to inhibit perspiration

Alps just released a liner with a perspiration evacuation system. Have you checked that out?
