We faced a similar situation a few years ago with a tech who had become pregnant. As a part of the voluntary program with OSHA, I contacted the person we had worked with in the past. He came out, put air sampling devices on certain techs to wear throughout the day. That air quality - right near their face was tested for the 24 hr period. The testing all came back at levels OSHA has determined to not constitute a problem for a pregnant woman and was specific to the job she was doing. It was all FREE. If you go to a private lab, they will charge you thousands to do this testing. Check your state <URL Redacted>
To find out who the alliance is for OSHA. They do an entire walk thru of your practice and note all the areas where you are lacking. Some people get frightened about this but they give a great write up and plenty of time for you to correct your shortcomings. I'll be happy to fill you in on the details.
