Thanks to all who have responded to my question about finding a source
for a Perforator Tool. The majority of responses mentioned Pel Supply
(Perf-Tool) as the source. Other locations included:

Otto Bock
SPS (called...they do not carry it any longe)
Fillauer
Willing Supply (willingsupply.com)
Tandy Leather

And one person recommended that it is available at some restaurant
supplies at about half the price...used for pizza dough. I may check
this out before purchasing elsewhere.
