Hello-
I am looking for advice on using a Chopart type foot plate for an active 7
year old child, congenital BK, ~50 lbs, currently wears PTB type prosthesis,
has with very little foot clearance. Looking for info on:
1. What options are out there. I am aware of the Otto Bock Chopart Plate
which runs around $500 with the foot shell and bonding kit.
2. Fabrication tips, issues, concerns.
3. Incorporating into a check socket. Again, my only reference is the Otto
Bock Chopart Plate. Not sure how easy/difficult it is to bond to a check
socket and remove later for final fabrication.
4. Coding recommendations.
Thanks-
Jeremiah, CP
